How to use the Site
The main purpose of the Site is to make you acquainted with the services of OpenCV.ai and contact us in order to get them.

leads you to a form, which requires your name, surname and the email address (the Data) for the feedback. Then you can send us any information or question you have. We will save your Data and contact you as soon as possible. We will use and manage your Data in strict accordance with the applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Button “Book a call”
leads you directly to the calendar of our expert. You will be asked to choose the time to have a short call. This form also requires the above mentioned Data. We will use and manage your Data in strict accordance with the applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property rights
You are acknowledged and agree that the Site, including but not limited to Portfolio, graphics, user interface, editorial content and software contain proprietary information and material that is owned by OpenCV.ai Corporation and its affiliates and partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright law and patent laws. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except as part of your authorized use of the Service. Termination of Use
If we determine that you have been using our Site for illegal or potentially illegal purposes, we reserve the right to notify and cooperate with applicable law enforcement entities. OpenCV.ai doesn’t make any representations or warranties concerning any content contained in or accessed through the Services, and we will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy of any materials contained in or accessed through the Services. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY (INCLUDING TORT, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) WILL OpenCV.ai (OR ITS AFFILIATES) BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR (A) ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, ACCURACY OF RESULTS, OR COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY MATTER CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE SITE.
Confidential information
We will not disclose your Data and Confidential information, except to Affiliates, employees, agents or professional advisors who need to know it and who have agreed in writing (or in the case of professional advisors are otherwise bound) to keep it confidential. We will ensure that those people and entities use the received Confidential Information only to exercise rights and fulfill obligations under these Terms of Use, while using reasonable care to keep it confidential.
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, We may also disclose your Data and Confidential Information to the extent required by applicable Legal Process; provided that the recipient uses commercially reasonable efforts to: (i) promptly notify the other party of such disclosure before disclosing; and (ii) comply with the other party's reasonable requests regarding its efforts to oppose the disclosure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subsections (i) and (ii) above will not apply if the recipient determines that complying with (i) and (ii) could: (a) result in a violation of Legal Process; (b) obstruct a governmental investigation; and/or (c) lead to death or serious physical harm to an individual.
Terms and Termination
This Agreement governs the relationship between you and OpenCV.ai while using the Site. It doesn’t create third party beneficiary rights. If it turns out that any particular term is enforceable, this will not affect any other part of the Terms of Use. OpenCV.ai is entitled to change this terms of use any time keeping you informed about changes by sending the letters to the email.
OpenCV.ai will not be liable for failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Miscellaneous.
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
